These Terms of Service govern your use of WebToolGrid (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the site.

Use of the site

WebToolGrid provides free, browser-based calculators for informational and educational purposes. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping it at a rate that harms availability for other users, or using it to violate any applicable law.

No warranty

The calculators are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we test each calculator against known worked examples, we do not guarantee that results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebToolGrid and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculators.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and written content are the property of WebToolGrid unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. This does not restrict your normal use of the calculators as a visitor.

Third-party links and ads

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may occasionally link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Your files and inputs

The file tools (for example the PDF, image and audio tools) process your files in your own browser and do not upload them to our servers. You stay responsible for having the right to use any file you process, and for keeping a copy of the original: always check an output file before relying on it, because a conversion can change layout, fonts or quality. Some tools can take a long time, or fail, on very large files or on a device with little memory.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to process material you are not allowed to copy, unlock or remove protection from, such as a PDF or archive that belongs to someone else. Do not try to overload the site with automated requests, probe it for security weaknesses, or present its output as official advice from a bank, tax authority or other institution.

Availability and the Android app

We may change, pause or remove any calculator or tool at any time, and we do not promise that the site will always be available. The same terms apply to the WebToolGrid Android app, which loads this site and also shows ads served through Google AdMob. How data is handled in the app is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
