If you have questions, feedback, or a suggestion for a new calculator, we'd like to hear from you. We also welcome reports of any calculation that looks off — see our FAQ page first in case it's already answered there.

We read every message and aim to reply to genuine inquiries, though as a small independent project we can't guarantee a specific response time.

What to write to us about

• A result that looks wrong. Send the tool name, the exact numbers or settings you entered, the result you got and the result you expected, so we can reproduce it.
• A tool that fails on a file, such as a PDF or image that will not open. Tell us the file type, its approximate size and your browser, and do not attach private documents.
• A new calculator or tool you would like to see, and the formula or rule it should follow.
• A correction to an explanation, a guide or a figure such as a tax slab, if you can point to the official source.
• A privacy request, including a California privacy request. Say so in the subject line.
• Advertising or partnership questions. We do not publish sponsored posts or sell links.

Making a report easy to act on

The most useful message names one tool, gives the exact inputs, and says what you expected. For example: "EMI Calculator, loan of 500000 at 9% for 5 years, I got a different figure from my bank's schedule." Say which browser and device you use if a tool misbehaves, and tell us whether it happens every time. We use your email address only to reply to you; we do not add it to a mailing list or share it.

When to expect a reply

This is a small team and we answer by email only. We aim to reply within 7 days, and sooner for a report of a wrong calculation, which we treat as a priority. There is no phone line or live chat. If you have not heard back after 7 days, send your message again, as it may have landed in spam.
